Observation

It was observed taht the cabinet under the bathroom sink had disinfecting wipes that was accessible to children. Dispute Description: First off, my apologies that this happened at all. It was my mistake that I forgot to remove them on Sunday night. I returned from grocery shopping Friday evening, and I placed them in the cabinet and forgot to remove them and place them in the garage where I have always kept all cleaning supplies. I have always kept only toilet paper underneath the cabinets in the bathroom. I have my receipt from that grocery store visit that shows they were purchased Friday evening. My inspection lasted from 9am-10am on Monday, March 22nd. At the exact moment that she noticed the wipes, I immediately removed them. Secondly, I always have and still supervise the children at all times, whenever they need to use the bathroom. In June of this year, I will have been licensed for 18 years, and I have never had any complaint or problem while I have been licensed. I sincerely apologize for this mistake and I can assure you this will not happen again. Thank you.
